The façade and roofs are now 99.9% watertight, with all SFS and boarding complete and windows installed throughout. Insulation, render, and brick slips have progressed across most areas of the façade, with four mast climbers stripped to date as completed elevations are handed over.

Internal partitions have progressed through levels 4 to 8. Apartment fit-out continues on levels 2 and 3, including first coat painting, flooring, wall and floor tiling, joinery, and kitchen installations. Final decoration and final fix joinery have progressed to the ground floor apartments.
M&E and Commissioning:
M&E ducting installations have advanced to levels 7 and 8, with water and sprinkler pipework reaching level 5 corridors. SVPs and cable containment to corridors are now complete. First fix M&E continues on apartments at levels 4 and 5, while second fix has progressed to level 2 with lighting live. Water and electrical commissioning has been completed to the ground floor, ahead of decoration.

The second lift installation has been completed, with the third lift now underway. Works continue to the lower ground floor and LV room. Electric meters have been installed from levels 0 to 3 and are progressing upwards in line with fit-out. Temporary heating remains in place and connected to permanent power supplies.

Air testing has now been completed on forty apartments, achieving an improved average score of 3.10, demonstrating strong airtightness performance.
