February has been another productive month at Tranquillity at Berkeley Square, keeping the project three weeks ahead of schedule. With major structural elements coming together and groundwork progressing well, the development is steadily taking shape.
What’s Been Happening
- Structural Progress: The reinforced concrete (RC) frame continues to rise, with slip form construction for core 1 now complete. Columns and slabs are advancing across multiple levels, with level 3 now underway.
- Reception and Plant Areas: The ground floor reception slab is now in place, marking another key milestone. Work has also progressed on the LV electrical room and plant room, with floor slabs and retaining walls taking shape.
- Waterproofing and Masonry: The waterproof membrane and backfill to retaining walls have moved forward, ensuring structural durability. Meanwhile, sub-structure masonry has begun, laying the groundwork for further construction.

What’s Next
As we move into March, the focus will be on:
- Continuing RC frame construction and sub-structure masonry.
- Starting work on the south podium and upper ground floor terrace slab.
- Advancing columns and slabs for the upper ground floor and levels 1 to 3.
Design and Utilities
The design team has issued key updates, including revised window schedules, façade setting out, and structural plans up to level 5. Planning conditions are progressing, with some awaiting final decisions. On the utilities side, the substation installation is complete, with power expected by the end of March. Water connection works are also in motion, subject to approvals.
Looking Ahead
With structural work moving quickly and utility connections in progress, March promises more key developments. Stay tuned for next month’s update!
