We are a multigenerational family business that spans over 50 years. We pride ourselves on building high-quality new homes that create outstanding communities.

The Exchange Preston was completed in December 2023. This landmark development has become Preston’s tallest building and provides high-quality bespoke accommodation, comprising 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments in the city centre.
Urban Green was completed in January 2024. This award-winning development is an iconic symbol of modern city life. Residents of the 176 apartments can enjoy the ambience of the beautiful roof gardens offering views over Seymour Park and the Manchester Skyline.
