Berkeley Square has reached a major milestone this month, with the development officially handed over on 15th October 2025. Building Control and Buildzone warranty compliances achieved. The project continues to reflect The Heaton Group’s commitment to delivering high-quality homes and exceptional amenities in Salford.
What’s Been Happening
- Final Works: All primary construction and fit-out activities are now complete. Remaining works include snagging to communal areas and roof terraces, and the installation of courtyard elevation car park ventilation grilles and gates.
- External Areas: Masonry to the northwest balcony, bollard installation, and external cycle hoops have been completed. Cycle storage stands and racks are now ready for installation following planning approval.
- Amenity Spaces: The on-site gym and residents’ lounge are progressing well, representing the final interior spaces to be completed.

What’s Coming Up
- Completion of all outstanding snagging and external details.
- Installation of courtyard ventilation grilles, gates, and cycle storage facilities.
- Final completion of the gym and residents’ lounge, programmed for early December 2025.
Design and Quality
- Designer reports continue to be reviewed, with comments provided on car park ventilation grille drawings and external handrail details.
- Revised details have been submitted for planning queries.
- NMA 2 has been formally discharged.
