The fruits of the hard work and commitment of the team are moving forward to see the building realised on Berkeley Square West Block.
Key Milestones
We have achieved significant structural advancements in the project by completing the concrete frame and upper floors up to level 4.
Each floor’s development required meticulous execution through seven concrete pours.
We have completed the masonry works of the plant room spaces and essential communal areas at the lower ground level; installing in-situ landings and precast stairs into the last core is at an advanced stage.
We plan to commence, by mid-April, the setting of the windows to enclose the building envelope at the lower ground floor and then follow with the rest. By framing the exterior walls, we will have completed it within the same period, adding a bit of aesthetics.
The Road Ahead
With every layer that emerges, we focus as well, zeroing in on the upper floors and the external wall systems. Every further addition of a structural storey brings us closer to fulfilling the architectural ambition of the Berkeley Square West building: to be as practically sound as it is aesthetically excellent.
