The first update of 2025 is here, and it\u2019s been a busy start to the year at Berkeley Square Manchester.<\/a> We\u2019re still five weeks ahead of schedule, despite the winter weather trying to slow things down.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Progress This Month<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  • Fa\u00e7ade Work<\/strong>: The insulation, render, and brick slips are progressing well, though the cold snap has made things a little slower than planned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Internal Fit-Out<\/strong>: Partitions are moving along on levels 4 to 7, while the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) team has completed apartment ducting. Sprinkler and water pipework are advancing on levels 5 and 6, with first fixes underway on levels 4 and 5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lift Installation<\/strong>: Work on lift 3 of 4 in core 2 is progressing, getting us closer to full vertical access throughout the building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Finishing Touches<\/strong>: Flooring, kitchens, tiling, and decoration are well underway. Apartment entrance doors are being fitted, and snagging has begun on the ground-floor apartments\u2014although final completion is dependent on services going live. Level 1 apartments are now being decorated, and floor finishes and first coat painting have reached level 3, zone B.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Power & Services<\/strong>: Permanent power is due in March 2025, with temporary lighting keeping things moving in the meantime.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
