For anyone interested in Tranquillity, Salford offers, or invested in Manchester property, or simply keeping an eye on their asset, this is the update where the finish line finally comes into full view.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The scheme now sits <strong>16 weeks ahead of its build programme<\/strong>, with the site at week 102 of 130. To the east, paving, path edgings, raised planter brickwork, ground-bearing balconies and ramp handrails have all taken shape. Meanwhile, to the north, tree pits, drainage channels, edgings and kerbs are progressing, alongside the start of the S278 highways works. Over in the courtyard, the temporary tarmac hardstanding has been lifted to make way for tree pits and topsoil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roof Terraces: Elsewhere, paving has moved on to roofs 8, 9, 10 and 11, with roofs 5 and 6 now finished and roof 7 waiting only on its artificial turf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Car Park: <\/strong>Louvre and railing posts are going in, and the car park is being cleared in readiness for tarmac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-luxury-apartment-fit-outs-and-internal-progress\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Luxury Apartment Fit-Outs and Internal Progress<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Snagging Sweeps Through the Upper Floors: <\/strong>Levels 6, 7, and 8 are all in final snagging, with silicon sealing to level 7 and the last lower-floor snags, plus a sparkle clean to level 6 ahead of handover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Corridors: <\/strong>Painting has reached every level, and carpet tiles are now down as far as level 4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reception: <\/strong>Feature wall panels are being fitted, and the automatic entrance door is now fully commissioned. Painting continues through the stair and lift lobbies on every core.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Residents&#8217; Lounge: <\/strong>This key amenity space now has its mist coat and LVT flooring down, and Amspec has started fitting the bespoke furniture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"h-life-safety-lifts-and-apartment-inspections\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Life Safety, Lifts and Apartment Inspections<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lifts Heading for Certification: <\/strong>The lifts are being withdrawn from beneficial use ahead of certification on 17th August 2026, one of the final steps before handover.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M&amp;E and Life Safety: <\/strong>Building-wide commissioning of life safety and M&amp;E systems continues at pace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspections Push Past 180: <\/strong>This is the standout milestone of the month &#8211; apartment inspections have reached level 5, taking the running total to <strong>181 of 250 apartments<\/strong>. Three minor remedial items were raised and have since been closed out. Buildzone Warranty carried out its structural inspection the same day, followed by a further visit on 5th August, with that report still awaited. EWS1 fire safety inspections are now complete, with only the completion certificate outstanding, and independent acoustic compliance testing of the apartments has also taken place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health &amp; Safety: <\/strong>The site&#8217;s Oaksafe Health, Safety &amp; Environment audit on 24th July came back with a <strong>perfect 100% compliance score<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planning: <\/strong>Every planning condition remains discharged bar one outstanding verification item, with soil sample testing carried out on 3rd August to support the final remediation report.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-why-invest-in-tranquillity-at-berkeley-square-salford\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Why Invest in Tranquillity at Berkeley Square, Salford?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As apartment inspections near their conclusion and handover to property management edges closer, Berkeley Square is entering the final chapter of what has been a genuinely exceptional build.
