Building Control and Buildzone warranty compliances achieved. The project continues to reflect The Heaton Group\u2019s commitment to delivering high-quality homes and exceptional amenities in Salford.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-s-been-happening\">What&#8217;s Been Happening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Final Works:<\/strong> All primary construction and fit-out activities are now complete. Remaining works include snagging to communal areas and roof terraces, and the installation of courtyard elevation car park ventilation grilles and gates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>External Areas:<\/strong> Masonry to the northwest balcony, bollard installation, and external cycle hoops have been completed. Cycle storage stands and racks are now ready for installation following planning approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amenity Spaces:<\/strong> The on-site gym and residents\u2019 lounge are progressing
