Tranquillity continues to make strong progress on Ordsall Lane, currently eight weeks ahead of programme. With the RC frame now fully complete and key structural and internal works underway, The Heaton Group continues to push the project forward across multiple areas. The project remains on track to complete in November 2026, ahead of the original planned completion date.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s Been Happening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Structural and External Works:<\/strong> The RC frame has been fully completed. SFS works are progressing on levels 4 to 6. Windows have been installed on levels 2 and 3. Insulation, render, and brick slips are progressing in areas once the SFS and windows were installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roofing:<\/strong> Hot melt roof finishes are progressing across the lower roofs, with single-ply roofing finishes and insulation being installed to the high-level roofs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Internal Works and Services:<\/strong> Internal partitions have progressed on levels 0, 1, and 2. M&E first fix is underway in apartments on levels 0 and 1, while works to the lower ground floor and LV room continue. M&E prefix of ducting, containment, and SVP\/RWP installation has advanced to levels 1\u20135.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
