As we head into the festive season, Tranquillity Manchester<\/a> has plenty of progress to report. At week 15, the project is on schedule, thanks to solid teamwork and steady progress across the site.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s Been Happening<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Structural Progress<\/strong>: The reinforced concrete frame is well underway, starting two weeks earlier than planned. Pile caps under the building footprint are now complete, with work on the car park areas ongoing. Slip form construction for core 3 is finished, and work on core 2 is progressing smoothly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Slabs and Columns<\/strong>: Lower ground floor slabs are now complete, with pours 1 and 2 for the upper ground floor done. Columns are being built up to the level 2 slab, showing the building starting to take vertical shape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drainage and Waterproofing<\/strong>: Drainage is finished, and waterproof membranes are advancing, ensuring the site is well-prepared for the next stages of construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
